Lied to me, scammed me and ripped me off

Just had my first (and last) experience with "Friendly Ford" in Las Vegas. I went to go buy a truck, which they offered at a reasonable "internet" price. When it came down to the bottom line, they indicated they had 0% financing available. Then I was told that 1.9% financing existed. then I was told that it didn't exist. Then I was told the lowest rate was 3.9%. Then I was told that because I had an autolease that wa showing negative on my credit, that my rate was 5.8%!!! Talk about a bait and switch!!! I pulled my own credit report, KNOWING I did now have any issue with ANY previous auto lease, and sure enough my credit was percect. They LIED to me to try and justify a higher interest rate (so they make a bunch of points on the backend of the deal).

Then when I called their BS on the carpet, they said that they aren't making ANY money on the back of the finance deal, that "the car business" doesn't work that way....Which is TOTAL BULLSH%&. So I called the finance manager on the carpet again and told her thats a lie, thats EXACTLY how the car business works. Knowing she got caught, she said "I'm not going to argue about this with you" and hungup.

Way to go "friendly ford," for destroying a great lifelong customer. I would urge ANYONE considering doing business with these jerks to think twice and go to another dealership in Las Vegas. No Ford truck or car is worth dealing with unethical, immoral, jerks.

I agree with the prior comments. Friendly Ford lies, lies, lies they have the crap lojack you have to pay $695.00 and their service department sucks they can't even align a Ford Escape they sold me. Please DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO TO FRIENDLY FORD AND IF YOU DO BEWARE GET IT ALL IN WRITTING AND DON:"T BELEIVE THOSE CROOKED SMILES.
