I purchased one item for my kitty from the website, and i have never got it. But of course they charged my credit card. i tried to call but seems like you cant even call them, the number is fake maybe. I e-mailed three times and never got a respond.
give me my money back! people be aware - this company is a big scam!

I too ordered something on July 27th and it's been two weeks. I got a confirmation email, but no package! I emailed customer support-no answer. I just called and it's not their number. I have ordered from them before and gotten my supplies! However, my credit card was not (yet!) charged.

They confirmed my order on August 1st and as of today, Aug. 18th, the package is not at the Post Office. Sent an e-mail asking what gives. Called and phone number is temporarily unavailable. They charged my card but no product.

same with me. I ordered something a week ago, and I still haven't received anything-the phone numbers dont work, and no one gets back to you via email! Armstrong1b, you actually ordered from them before and gotten something back?
