GM4s ( ) is an online store that provides virtual money for video games. I bought 50 gold for a game called Lord of the Rings online and according to their policy, they deliver the item in game withn 15-45 minutes. It has been over 12 hours. I asked for a refund and spole to a Rose and Angela. I was told that the refund will be processes within 12 hours. After 12 hours, I contacted the site chat and spole to Rose and will not even respond to me when I asked for my refund. According to their policy, refund is within minutes or almost instant. Please help. I just want my 9.75 $ back and make an example out of their scams. Thank you.

All you can do is file a dispute once filed talk to them again they ll ask u to close it DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNDER ANY CONDITION UNLESS THEY GIVE YOU THE MONEY FIRST if you close the dispute you cant reopen it and they will not give you the money, File the dispute if they give you the money then close it if they dont do not close it and you will get your money back in about 20 days i know it sucks but better then loosing it hope i helped
