| I ordered a high performance automotive chip for my car, paid the money, and waited and waited and waited. After 2 weeks I tried to reach them; the phone number has a pre-recorded message telling you to call back between 9 and 6 pst - Even When it's 3 in the afternoon! It then says to leave a message after the tone - NO Beep to leave a message and then line goes dead!! So then I try emailing, but you have to use their form on their site (no independent email address), but their form keeps claiming my email addresses (all of them) are not valid?? THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM................DON'T THINK LIKE I DID; "WOW THIS IS AN EXCELLENT PRICE FOR THIS CHIP, 'CAUSE ELSEWHERE THEY'RE TWICE OR THREE TIMES AS EXPENSIVE, WOW WHAT A GREAT DEAL"....................IT IS NO DEAL, SAVE THE CALL TO YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. AND GOD FORBID YOU SEND A MONEY ORDER OR ELSE JUST WRITE IT OFF AND MOVE ON. THIS COMPANY IS A P.O. BOX AND A BANK ACCOUNT, NOTHING MORE.....THE GUY OR GUYS RUNNING IT SHOULD BE IN JAIL !!!!!!!! BUT UNFORTUNATELY TOO MANY SCAMMERS OUT THERE AND NOT ENOUGH COPS, DO THE MATH. |

I wish thousands of people would do what I did, that is the only way this company will ever be broken up. If we force them into sending these fifty cent fakes enough times, them losing the money on postage alone will break them.
If you pay by credit card, you will be able to file a claim, and they will take it off your credit card immediately, and after about 60 days it will also show it is relieved permanantly. I played a game with these guys just to see how they operate. Over the past year I have found them under several names, (they apparently change every time they get some heat). I have now received 4, count 'em 4, "performance chips", using 4 different vehicle descriptions, and guess what...they are all the same! I have not been able to return any of them, but since they all got credit back to my credit card each time I filed a "dispute" with my CC company, I really didn't care. I just wanted to see how stupid this company can be. The reality is the consumer that buys these chips thinking they really will work are the ones that get screwed. I have managed to keep them off of the "payPal" program that they originally offered, but other than that there is not much you can do.
Now about the performance claims... You can spend over $1000 on a chip the remaps your computer to control your EFI, and MAS systems, and even then will not reach the performance claims they make on G-
Forces website. Unless you are going to invest in a different throttle body, a high performance race tuner that can be re-mapped, a tunable exhaust system, a cold air or ram air intake system and more, you don't get the kind of response they are talking about.
IT IS TIME TO STOP WHINING ABOUT THESE COMPANIES AND FORCING THEIR HAND. I FOR ONE WILL CONTINUE AND HOPE TO GET ENOUGH OF YOU TO FINALLY BRING THEM TO THEIR KNEES. |

I did the same thing, ordered for two vehicles in July, 2011 and after one month called and got message.
Called credit card company, and they are going to investigate. Lets put these guys in JAIL. |

| I to have ordered one of these chips and was duked, ordered 9/2/2011 and have not received this item to this date 10/16/2011, am going to contact credit card company in am and have them look into this matter, have contacted them by email with no return mail... |

OOPS! Wish I had found this site B/4 I ordered a chip, but I didn't. Going to try and follow up on my order, as I had not received any info or the chip as of today. Ordered chip about 10 days ago.
Tried to phone this company and all I get is a busy tone. Guess I will have to contact my credit car company and go that route. If I was in their area I would drive to their address and have a "little talk" with whoever. |

I almost ordered [2 of] this thing when that little voice [GOD] told me to check first for feedback. TY you saved me from making A BIG MISTAKE and I'm already counting pennies w/4 kids in college.

DOES THIS SOUND PROFESSIONAL AND LEGIT TO YOU????????? I wrote this email to gforce... trying to get some questions answered about my concerns with this company... this was my email to them and their response????? I truely believe this place is a fake and it is retarded... My husband should have had me look at it before he spent the $70 ... thank god it was on a credit card

Comments or Questions: why is your address on your "contact us" page as well as your network solutions security page are different from your address on the picture on your "about us" page. Just wondering because many people on many different websites are claiming this company is nothing but a scam and many people arent recieving the chips they have ordered? I am interested in purchasing a chip but is seems a little odd and worrisome to me.
