| I got calls continuously in March 2008 to enroll in their debt settlement program, they have told that they would negotiate with the creditors on my behalf and settle the debt amount for less than half. After enrolling,my debts doubled but none of the credit cards got settled. I have been following up with them continuously and its very hard to get hold of them over the phone as the line is either busy or doesn't work most of the times, even somehow if I get hold of someone, when they transfer to their manager, the call gets disconnected and after that we will not be able to get hold of them again for many days. They told that they would settle the debt in 22 months, if not they will return the money but they are doing none of them, after waiting patiently for 22 months, we have put a request to return our money on Jan 31,2011 as we didn't see an inch of progress also towards settling any of my accounts. And they told they would return the money in 3 months but its already more than 3 months and when we are trying to find out the status of cheque issue , we dont get any response. There could be more victims out there . we work hard to earn money and some fradulent companies always target people like us and they cheat us. We kindly request you to take severe action to close their business as we don't want other innocent people to be victims like us and also help us to get our refund. | I represent some one who was ripped off one year before you. I am investigating this scam. I think the culprits are in Florida. The company does not exist in NV. The NV address is a mail drop at a UPS store. Feel free to contact me [email protected] |

| Is there anything you can do about this?? I am in teh same boat I believe. There is a check that was and still is coming out of my account. Was only supposed to be a 17 month payment and they were supposed to talk to the credit card places. Needless to say the credit card has INCREASED ALOT! and no payments have been made. I do believe the company was out of NV but now the checks are saying Jacksonville FL. Any info will be appreciated. |

| I was scammed to, am so upset. they got me for about14.000 thousand dollars. Golbal finacial said that they would set all my credit cards for me. Well I pulled into court and tried calling them, but no one answered. I went to court got stuck with court cost to. Got hole of nancy W illiams next day, she said what did they tell you. I was so mad couldn't even talk. I am going down to attorney Generals office on Monday, see what they can do for me. |
