gojanua Ryan Stone Watch out - Is using recordings we made for him while playing all sorts of calculated tricks & threats to try to get his our work

Watch out for this guy. It seems like he's done this before. We did recordings for him & and spent so many hours trying to make him happy. We have full emails / documentation of his approval followed by threats. He will not take any calls after product was delivered. His company, gojanua.com is using our recordings as I am writing this report and he is trying to get a full refund for work we have done and that he is using.

This company is terrible. Who was really Ripped Off, they have been paid in full. To clarify the situation, Snap recordings had been tying to resolve the poor recordings they had produced for over 1 month. We had finally set a deadline to have the recordings resolved or we would be asking for a refund. When the deadline came and the issues were still not resolved, we demanded a refund as any professional would so that we could find a company that would in fact produce our recordings professionally and timely. When we asked for a refund, we were told that there was no refund available and requested that we give them more time to resolve the issues. One month and they still wanted more time. We informed Snap Recordings that we have moved forward with finding another company to record our greetings and now only prepared to discuss a refund or we would contact the company that referred their service to inform then of the ongoing issues we have experienced. We have 43 emails outlining the truth and a receipt showing that their service are paid in full.

Please feel free to contact us and we will be more then happy to provide evidence including the actual recordings which clearly demonstrate that we have been wronged. We will be looking into filing a law suit against this company and its representatives.
