YOU THINK YOU ARE ORDERING A DISC FOR $2.97- WHICH YOU ARE - HOWEVER IT IS NOT PLAIN THAT YOU ARE ALSO SIGNING UP FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF $57.93. THE DISC GIVES YOU NO INFORMATION AT ALL. RIP OFF!

I didn't order this and i don't know how they fraudulantly charged my credit card $2.97. This is not authorized by me.

A week ago I ordered an information kit about grants from grassist.org for $2.97 for shipping which I still have not received. Then, today I noticed another charge from them for $57.93 on my online bank statement. I immediately called grassist.org at 888-632-5590 to refute the charge and the woman I spoke with told me that I authorized them to charge my card by ordering the information kit if I didn't cancel my monthly subscription within 7 days of ordering the kit and that this $57.93 was an ongoing monthly charge. I complained that I never agreed to such charges nor any monthly subscription. She told me she would cancel my subscription but that the $57.93 they charged my card is non refundable. I told her I demanded a refund and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She told me there is no supervisor and that they will not refund any charges. I hung up and immediately called my bank to refute the charges and report them as fraud. My bank credited the charges back to my account. Whatever you do DO NOT give grassist.org your information. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!
