A recent ad was for a cigarette injector for 75.00. I bought it .A week later i called sales nd they said it would take 15 days to send beacuse they have thousands of orders. I was about to cancel the order(i should have) and saleman "terry" (the only salesman) said it would ship in 2 days. When i recieved It i turned it on -the motor smoked and make a horrible grinding noise. i turned it on and off -same thing. i repacked and the next day called for a return. They offered to only send me to "tech Support". Hell the motor was smoking and burning up. I argued with "terry" and he gave me alot of crap to jump thru hoops to get an rma. I said im on the phone with you. He refused to give me an rma. FOLKS THIS IS OBVIOUS A MOM/POP OPERATION. They are selling seconds (products that are not mainstreamed because did not pass quality inspection). I contacted my credit card and stopped all charges. DO NOT BUY FROMTHEM-GOTO AMAZON

this wasemailed to me after the item was shipped. i would have canceled knowing what was on the invoice.

I wish I would have seen this. I paid over $700 for a 50cc pink camo 4wheeler. When it arrived it was damaged from front to back, side to side, I did not even unpack it. I called the company they said to take pictures and send an email to customer service. I have sent numerous emails and have placed numerous telephone calls with no luck. All they say when the girl answers the phone is that their customer service departmen is behind, they should get to me within 2-3 days. There is no supervisor, one to talk to, to get this issue resolved. So now I have a damaged 4 wheeler, no birthday present, out $700.
