Their main office is in Irvine but their services are mobile. My service was done at Grand Hand Car Wash in Chino Hills, CA. After driving in only for a car wash, one of the Greenshield technicians starts inspecting my windows - something that's never happened before. He immediately starts telling me that the chips and one minor crack on my windshield could become more serious. I asked if it would take extra time to do and he said he could fix it before my car went through the wash. I thought it interesting that they would use filler just before a wash - doesn't it need time to dry? But I figured he knew what he was doing so I did not question it. During the drive home I noticed that the chips and crack were STILL visible and the chemical they used was drying in smudges (partial hand prints) all over the windshield. I did not want the chemical to dry even further and become permanent, so I immediately started to try to wipe the stuff off. After about 30 minutes of elbow grease I finally was able to get the stuff off before it dried. I've seen advertisements for this kind of work before and I should of did my homework first. I would not recommend having "repairs" done to your vehicle at a car wash. Go to a reputable facility that does the work in-house.
