I lived in France, I ordered) entertainment grizzly bear a Cuban tres ( Cuban guitar) the end of February, 2011; the tres was delivered in April. But it was not the one that I had ordered!
I ordered (and paid) an electric (with pick up) version - and I received an accoustic version.
It was very complicated and very expansive to send back it to USA;
I thus suggested in entertainment Grizzly sending the ORIGINAL PICK-UP and to pay off installation expenses ( 75 dollars). They accepted this proposition on the April 29th :
TODAY? nothing was delivered, or paid off on my paypal account.
I sent tens of e-mail: no clear answer bringing the proof of the sending of the pick-up... just beautiful words ...
Swindlers or really overwhelmed and buzy are them as they claim it ?
I CANT BELIEVE THAT IT TAKE NEAR THAN 2 MONTH FOR DEVERING A PICK UP IN FRANCE AND PAYING WITH PAYPAL!
