Do not risk your money with these scammers. I had ordered a ukulele from Grizzly Entertainment's online store in May. After months of excuses, lies, and deceptions, (it didn't pass tech inspection, we're ordering a new one, we're expecting a new shipment, we'll refund you right away, we've sent the refund) they stopped returning my emails and refused to return any phone calls. Even after seeking arbitration via the BBB, they still continued to lie and lead me along. 5 months of frustrating back and forth later, my credit card company had finally refunded me for my purchase. I strongly urge any customer considering ordering from Grizzly Entertainment to instead patronize a business with an established reputation. Just look around the internet for a few minutes and read all of the negative feedback that Grizzly has received. If you are stuck in limbo waiting for your instrument to arrive, I suggest you request stop payment on your credit card or seek a refund immediately.

This has also happened to my husband. We ordered a hard-to-find power cord for my daughter's keyboard back in mid-December. It is now mid-February and we have not received the item. Thankfully the item was inexpensive ($25), but we will be contacting our bank to report this as a fraudulent company. I'm surprised that with so many complaints on the internet that they are still able to scam so many people...I'd expect them to have been prosecuted by now as this is clearly considered INTERNET FRAUD.
