Bill Young owns Hallmark Building Company AKA Rocky Mtn Homes AKA River Oak Homes (NC) he does not pay his contractors, he owes thousands of dollars to contractors that have worked for him for years and now that he is in financial trouble he has blown those contractors and subs off and will not pay them or even have the professionalism to speak with them. We completed a carpet installation in a home at 9005 Canary Cir in Colorado Springs, Co for him back in August of 2011, he has promised for months now that he would pay once some closings on other homes happened. Then he stopped taking our calls all together and hangs up on us when we do call. I have been the lead installer for him for over 6yrs now and have completed EVERY job above statisfaction, NEVER had any complaints or installation issues. I even had a family member purchase one of his homes. He owes me $1241.00, I have now had to place a lien against the property to try to get our money. Bill Young is a thief... DO NOT purchase homes from him unless you want to deal with liens.... And DO NOT work for him you will NOT get paid, we are one of MANY subs out there that are owed hundreds of dollars.
