Here's To Living Scam, ripoff, no refund for 7 months now, says checks in the mail, charged my credit card 3 times, sent nothing Miami, , Florida

Here's To Living scam is the biggest joke and ripoff. Food TV advertised a free gift for filling out a survey. They sent an e-cig as a thank you and then charged my credit card. $4.95. They then proceeded to charge my credit card $69.62 and then another $59.67. I freaked out , called Here's To Living and they said they would cancel any more charges and send a refund. The next month they charged my card $99.67. This all began in August 2010. We have called approximately 12 times since then and were told by 2 different supervisors, 4 different employees that a refund would be issued. First a refund to our credit card which never happened, then a check in the mail which never happened. They said they would call us back which never happened. This company is the biggest scam and ripoff and after 8 months still says they will be sending a check What a joke they are. I hope no one else gets ripped off by these scam artists.
