HFC HSBC/ HOUSEHOLD FINANCE RAISED OUR MORTGAGE AMOUNT WITH NO NOTIFICATION BUFFALO , New York

they have raised our mortgage to 200 dollars more than what we were paying and raised the balance of the mortgage by 7,000 dollars . we had no notification what so ever. every time we have called we get bounced around and No straight answers. keep beating around the bush and are now trying to push into foreclosure. totally unfair. payments have all been made by money order and sent certified.

Why don't you just walk away from the house and let them eat it. As a15 year employee, know for a fact They're not going after you for the difference if it doesn't sell for enough to payoff your loans. As to adding 7K to your balance, this is no doubt unpaid interest for payments that you missed. It sounds like you have been way behind on the payments.

Why were you making payments by money order and certified? I suspect there's more here than meets the eye!
