Hi Signs: The Fath Group Dave Kelloway (primary) and Thomas Fath (owner) Lying Sack of !@#$ to save His own A**! Edmonton, Alberta Canada

I worked for Hi signs: The Fath Group and at the beginning they seemed to be a great company! however on the first day in the Calgary office, I was screamed at by a Jim Wilson who thought he was the " GM". I made a formal complaint and it fell on deaf ears. A year went by and through out that year, Dave Kelloway, kept leading me on by saying "I will fix this " He never did. Dave kelloway, took on more then he then he could chew, by over seeing other work within the organization and couldn't see what was going on in his own back yard! I didn't know all that information until a month after Dave Kelloway came to Calgary and let go of 4 out of 6 people and said he was closing the Calgary office. I learned tonight that my suspicions where right! Jim Wilson had sabotaged the whole company and Dave Kelloway fell for it!!!! This company and the upper management can not be trusted! There is not training, support or authentic consideration for internal abuse! Jim Wilson abused everyone that worked at this company and it was never taken seriously. Dave Kelloway visited the Calgary location 3 times in one year for a total of six hours and felt that he could not deal with the " drama". He never took the time to ask the proper questions and trust the people (me) who had his back and where loyal to him through thick and thin! I met a man tonight that filled me in on the LIES Jim Wilson told base on his information that was not accurate and he regrets feeding Jim Wilson that information. I caution all those that apply to work for Hi Signs: The Fath Group in the future, If a Calgary location ever immerses again.....run if Dave Kelloway is still GM. I Think he only believes disturbed men that beat their wives and/or girlfriends (so "W" you know who I am speaking of) and doesn't step up as a man to take care of his only child for the last 30 years!
