I hired this law firm to handle my workmans comp claim ! and they mishandled my case
, made me believe they were working for me and tried to run out my statue of limitations!
These are some of the things they said to me! Ok. If you tell me the nature of the case I can resolve the issue, I wasn't aware that I signed an agreement with you. Can you provide it? Please find another attorney as I will not be available until September! I am in between offices and don't have knowledge of your case. Please refresh my recollection? There is a misunderstanding, I though you were represented by someone else in my firm. Not sure who you are. What type of case do you have? Since John Higgins is the attorney handling your claim, it would probably be better to send emails directly to him for review at [email protected]. Thank you! what would you like me to do? I have been out the my office for months. Not all files have been transferred over, if there is a mistake I would gladly fix it. I am in transition. Please don't do that as there has been work done on your case

Based on your statement "off the clock," your workers compensation claim is not one that I would take as you are not in the course and scope of employment. Please find another attorney as you have not cooperated with my requests, are making insults that do not represent the facts. I asked you to show me a contract and signed release and you have refused, which leads me to believe that you do not have them, and are now trying to fabricate a claim against me. I cannot help you.
