On Jan 10, 2011 I confirmed via chat with a rep of homeindoor.com/decorative home products they had a specific sink in stock. I called to place the order and reconfirmed again if it was in stock and they were able to ship the sink the next day. The answer was yes. Monday Jan 17, 2011 I call the company asking for a FedEx tracking #. I was told the sink they had in stock had a bubble in it and they will get a sink from the company shipped directly to us. In the mean time they were going to ship us a sink free of charge. Too good to be true. Absolutely!! I called and the same rep picked up Joseph Knowles, he said they decided not to send either sink. They did ship the hardware for the sink. Hmmmmm why would I need hardware if I did not have the sink?
This company is a con. They will not give you a physical address. They are based in Brooklyn, NY but the address they will give you if asked is a PO Box in Wilmington, DE. They do not care about customer and do not know the first thing about customer service. They lie without thinking twice. STAY AWAY!! General Info
