Made a purchase and sent the item back overnight mail for exchange. Keep getting prescripted emails when inquiring. This place is a joke. Going on 2 weeks of trying to get an exchange.....never deal with these guys again. Good luck talking to a human being as well.

I ordered something from Hot Miami Styles and I never received a confirmation email, they've taken my money and now I cant even login to my account to track my order beacuse it says my email address in invalid, when this was the email address that I used to register my order! .. Do you think this website is a scam?

Last month I ordered a romper from them. I recieved my package on time but when I tried it on it did not fit. I followed all the instructions they need when returning an item. I even got a tracking number for my item when I sent it back. When I saw that they recieved the item back they never put my money back on my card! I emailed them and asked them why there only excuse was that they never recieved my item and that the tracking number was wrong. Didn't offer any help or advice. I then told them I would have to contact my credit card company she didn't say anything back and ended the conversation. Horible company would never order anything from this knock off place again!
