I was contacted by Matt Legh, the owner of Hot Rod Hi-Way to redo his current website. We discussed what he wanted out of the new website, a mockup design was created and Matt was very pleased with the way things were coming along. The site was then put on a temporary server so we could fine tune the site according to Matt's desires. The site is all but completed now - I have been waiting on some images from Matt to complete the animated header. Matt has not paid one single cent for this website and after dozens emails and phone calls of him not replying or stating he will 'call me back'. I have simply removed the site until payment is made. Matt was given many many months to handle the invoice and I have even offered him to pay half the invoice and we both can walk away from this mess. Naturally I have received no reply with re to this idea. I would like everyone to be aware of this company and it's owner Matt Legh.

I was also ripped off by Matt Legh and found out there was a long trail of other people also had similar dealings with him. Now it seems he is trading under HRH by design as previously it was hotrod hi-way. He your money far away from this rip-off merchant!

i was ripped off by Matt Legh, i paid in full $4500 for parts i never recieved, he told me they had been sent, then gave me a false tracking number, ran him numerous times and sent countless emails with no answer.

I to have been stung by this clown. Stay well away from him he has no talent at all and i spent thousands of dollars fixing the shit work he did and that was after paying him $6000.
