HP TX2000 COMMON ISSUES WITH BLANK SCREEN, Internet

I had bought HP TX2000 in Jan 2009. Started facing issues with the laptop screen going blank cassionally within first 3 months. Since i travelled out of US i was not able to raise a complain to HP. I returned back to US after a year and half by then the issue started ocurring frequently. HP is asking 200$ for screen replacement ? This issue is a common issue with many owners of TX2000 and TXseries laptops. Same issues are reported in youtube, HP support community and many other sites which clearly shows this is a FAULTY DESIGN of their laptop. I have used dozens of laptops from different brands, but this issue is with only HP TX2000 which many of the users are facing. Need an answer from HP, as to why is this issue occuring with many of the laptops ? why is'nt HP recalling TX 2000 series laptops? Regards,
