I am currenting looking for an apartment to rent at Rio de Janeiro city, as soon as I had just moved in the city. I am looking at many websites, when I found this add from Louis telling the rental price it was half of the market price. We start to negociate as you can see at the email history below... but for a reason, I decide to investigate this company Moneybookers, so I found a lot of claims at the internet. Of course I stopped the negociotation. ....................
