I purchased 4 toner cartridges from this company a year ago. They did not work. The blue one spilled powder inside my printer. When I called 007toners they said it had to be my printer because I had a refurbished printer. HP sent me a different printer and the cartridges still did not work at all. I then purchase the high priced cartridges from Best Buy and they worked perfectly in both printers. I emiled several times for an RMA# and never received a reply. They advertise that if you e-mail it will be replied to with in 24 hrs. After 3 days I called several times only to get the disconnected recording. I finally called 007toners on their sales line and got some one to talk to. I told them because of the week I spent trying to contact them I did not know if I could get the toners back before the 30 days was up. He said that was ok and he would send me an RMA#. Several days later I got an RMA# via e-mail. I sent the cartridges back the next day. I got a receipt e-mail notification that they received the toners on 3-10-10. Even though say they will issue a refund right away I never got one. A month later I called them again. You can get an answer if you call the sales line. They said they had received them and were issuing a check. Another month and no check. Called them again and told them they could credit it back to my credit card if it would be easier for them. They said they could not do that and they would get the check out that week. Another month went by and I called the sales line again and asked for accounts payable. Same guy said he could help me. I asked what had become of the check he supposedly issued to me. He checked and said he sent it to the physical address of my home and not my PO Box. I live in a small town of 600. The postmaster knows everyone in town and if a check had come through there with my physical address on it she would have put it in my post office box. He said he would issue it again to my PO Box. I waited until Oct. and it still was not here. I called again over the holidays and he would not even speak to me. He just kept repeating that he needed the tracking number from UPS. I am quite sure he already knew that UPS does not keep them after 3 months. Also at this time he scrambled the e-mail containing the RMA#. Luckily I had printed it off several times. At this time it seems as I am not going to get my $152.00 back so I am filing this report and I will file with the Better Business Bureau too. Think twice before dealing with this character. I don't believe he is the big business he portrays on the web.
