I was clearly told that I would be able to cancel it within a 3-day statutory period. The very next day I tried to cancel it but they did not let me and kept harassing me over why I wanted to cancel and they said I can only cancel within 3 days AFTER I receive my package. The very same day I received my package, I posted the cancellation letter. One week later I got a call and the person asked me why I wanted to cancel. When I denied to disclose that, and threatened that the call is on record he said that I would be credited a full refund. But even after 1 week I had no sense of it, so today I called them up and they are pretending that no one ever called me and that they never received my cancellation mail. They are SCAMMERS! They harassed me for more than 2 hours, transferring me to different people and finally saying that they can't refund my money. I want to sue them for everything
