I was going to take my pet to the Animal Hospital of Havre De Grace in Havre De Grace, Maryland! I called them to find out some information on what i wanted to get done and prices and how everything worked. The first time I called a young girl, Ashley i think her name was, answered the phone and answered a few of my questions! The girl had sort of an attitude while she was answering my questions and could not answer all of my questions!. You would think if she didnt know the answer to my questions she would go find out, but no!, she just said " Sorry!, Im not sure!" and went on to the next question!. I did not want to make her even more angry they she already sounded so i just left my questions at that and decided i would call back later!. On my way home from work I stoped by The Animal Hospital of Havre De Grace to talk to someone, the place was nice other then it looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned in a while! There was 2 girls there. I stood there waiting for someone to help me, but they just continued on with their conversation about some drama going on in their lives! After about 5 min of standing there i interupted them to ask a few questions and they both acted really snobby! and i STILL did not get the answers to all of my questions. I explained to one of the girls that my pet was recently diagnosed with a disease that im not to sure about so i asked if she could tell me some information about it, She went and got a paper and when she gave it to me she said "here ya go!, Have a nice day!" in a real cocky voice, like she was expecting me to leave when i was still trying to figure out information! I already felt wierd being there because of how they were acting, like i was a problem to them being there, so i just left. When i got home i read the paper and it said nothing other then how to prevent the disease my pet has.. Maybe its just me.. but i dont think Preventing a disease my pet already has will be much help! So the next day I called again! It was a saturday before i went to work and a young girl answered, I said "Hi, I have one question im trying to find out real quick!" The girl said "Okay whats the question!" I told her my question, I was just asking what vaccination my pet needed to come there, The girl then said "hold on one sec and ill find out!" about a min later somone els answered the phone and said "Hi, We are closed! You can call back during our business hours on monday!" and hung up on me!. I think it would have been easier for the lady to tell me the 1 vaccination my pet would have needed instead of being rude like that! After all of that i refuse to take any of my animals there! Every person i spoke with was rude except the one girl who put me on hold. So I took my pet down the road a little more and paid WAY less, almost 150$ less then what i was priced at The Animal Hospital of Havre de Grace!! I dont know what they treated me so ignorant! but they just lost a good customer wit a LOT of pets!
