If you are one day late renewing your domain this company will disable your website! No grace period whatsoever. The real kicker is when you go to renew the domain you will suddenly find an additional 25.00 service charge called a restatement fee which is nothing more than an additional fee to put more money in their pockets. Their renewal fee is already one of the highest in the industry currently at 38.00 dollars. 63.00 dollars to renewal a domain is outrageous and excessive. Also if your domain has expired they will not let you transfer your domain to another registrar. Anyway you go you will have to pay their fees or lose you website. Do not do business with this company or if you currently have a domain registered with them you should seriously consider moving it.
