Ilender Charges Your Bank For A Loan You Did Not Request and Provides No Loan Internet

I noticed a credit of $0.5 on my bank account and then three withdrawals adding up to the total of the five cents. I immediately contacted my bank and warned that I did not authorize Ilenders to be accessing my account at all but since nothing was really taken I was told there was nothing I could do. Approximately two weeks later I was then charged $30 by Ilenders on my bank account resulting in a fee of $34 for overdraft charges which totaled out to $64. I attempted to dispute against my bank but my bank informed me that since the company is technically registered as a business it was a valid charge and I had to dispute with the Ilender company. I contacted the Ilender company immediately and after speaking to 2 supervisors was promised a refund. That was approximately 14 days ago I was promised a refund of the $30 (I am out the overdraft fees!!) and still nothing. I never authorized this company to touch my account and tried to warn my bank but I am the one who got the shaft.
