I was working with Prashant Sharma on http://www.freelancer.com/ I did make a plugin for him, But he did not accept my product when I did complete it on time. Now He is trying to use that product and asking me to sell that product to him for 100$ only that I dont want... I dont want him to use this product any where. Then name of Product is "SEO Beast" He dont have the rights to sell out or use this product or its source code any where... Prashant is working with many names on internet and all of his sites are whois protected thats why it is difficult to find out his name or address... Here are two sites owned by him that I know. http://www.imbrat.com/
http://beautifulhealthynails.com/ Note! Prashant is not authorized to use or sell "SEO Beast" anywhere. He dont have rights to this product.. I have the rights to use or sell this product and I m the programmer who made this product. If he really want to use this product then he must have to pay me 500$ for this product. Then I will give him the copyrights to use this product. I have attached a screen short of his email to me to show you his behavior...

Prashant is NOT the owner of imbrat and I would appreciate if you would take out anything asscociated with his name in referring to imbrat, I am the owner of IMBRAT my name is Terry Los, and I do not use "SEO beast" at all, if there is any reference to this program in my site I would gladly withdraw it, and I would expect you to do the same ...
