In 15 years, VH1 Save the Music Foundation has put $50.Million into 1,700 schools. That’s only 998,300 schools short of a million schools and institutions, worldwide, that need money, every year, for their music programs, including 30,000 U.S. high schools and colleges, and hundreds of thousands grade schools, middle schools, private instructional programs, professional orchestras, event venues, and the list goes on. ( WE INTERRUPT THIS PROGRAM FOR AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM OUR SPONSORS ) For the record, there is a definite anomaly that is preventing VH1 Save the Music Foundation from accepting my offer. Any Conspiracy Theorist worth their salt would identify VH1 as illegal or unethical to steal and pillage my patents and/or my intelligence. Otherwise, how could they have raised only $5.Million in the first ten years of their organization, while in the immediately prior 5 years, they raised $45.Million in the exact numerical sequence of my planned implementation design? Laurie Schopp, Senior Director of Programs Policies VH1 Save the Music Foundation, was introduced to my patented ideas 5 years ago - my patents were issued in 2005. She evidently immediately hired now Senior Program Developer Rob Davidson. Ironically, my middle name is not Rob, but my twin brother's name, in fact, is, Rob. Furthermore, it is overwhelmingly obvious, that, systematically, every single door is being closed to me, in this responsibility. In 5 + years, not one, single, angel investor or venture capitalist has come forward to work with me since the date my patents were issued, regardless of the NYC Small Business Recommendations, as well as extensive personal promotions and demonstrations to VH1 Save the Music Foundation, John Varvatos ( who owns a line of watches to multiplicity of celebrity rock and pop musicians, and is also named in the Board of Directors of VH1 Save the Music Foundation ), NAMM/MENC Support Music . Com, American Federation of Musicians, personal introductions to John Bon Jovi, Paul Schaffer Bono, Heidi Klum, and others, and numerous Today Show, CNN, MSNBC and FOX Television Hosts, as well as the hundreds of SBIC''s named in New York SBA list. This entire mess smells like a combination of bad actors in numerous instances of cooperation with Mark S. Jaffe, Director of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, who during my introduction to him, was about to claim bankruptcy. Due, in large part, to my personal efforts and assistance in his Chamber, Mark and now is a multi-millionaire. He has not once called to offer me any assistance in the development of my business. He concentrates all his efforts to advance in politics, from City Council, to Congress. He has conducted extremely expensive campaigns, and failed, twice, all without any consideration in my behalf, whatsoever, regardless of repeated requests for recompense and reconciliation of my former accounts in his Chamber, worth $Millions, per year. God Forbid, the greedy, self-serving, corrupt politician. Please review the reports in scam Report . Com of my prior activities and investor interest. You may draw a similar conclusion. 1. Report: #396529 :: click link ( http://www.ripoffreport.com/non-profit-charities/mark-s-jaffe-directo/mark-s-jaffe-director-greate-4f5ya.htm ) 2. Report: #144606 :: click link ( http://www.ripoffreport.com/con-artists/european-capital-inv/european-capital-investors-s-a-b3e7j.htm ) More than $350.Thousand has been expended from my personal family resources in the last 15 years to develop my offer which now stands in the rightful proposal to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, again, to sign over ownership of 40% of my patents, simply, to work in their organizational auspices ( like Microsoft to IBM ) to develop this highly valuable educational and music industry stimulus. Without my patents in effect, the value of this once in a lifetime opportunity may, in fact, be lost, entirely, or otherwise, drastically, diminished. Compare, please. Well? What would you advise me to do in this case? Please feel free to contact me personally, that is, Vic Davidson ( specifically, not, Rob ) with your interest, respectively. ( O.K., NOW BACK TO OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAM ) Is it possible for a million music institutions to raise the money they need, every year? In a word, yes. Vic Davidson patented the “12 Keys of Music” into a clock/watch celebrity fundraiser: photo link ( http://fifthtime.com/timex/timex0001.jpg ). Each school will use their own mascot design, with school colors, celebrity endorsement, and instrument sponsorship. Every school can easily raise $100,000, and more, every year, to buy instruments, pay for travel, and support staff and facility. Celebrity endorsements will sustain the product value as a limited edition, indefinitely, without depreciation. We will pay royalties for valuable signatures, like Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Condolezza Rice, Andre Previn, Claudio Abbado, Itzhak Perlman, Ivo Pogorelich, Paul Mc Cartney, Elton John, Billy Joel, Celine Dion, Kenny G, Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Jay Z, Van Halen, Steven Tyler, Jon Bon Jovi, Bono, Rob Thomas, Sheryl Crow, Steve Vai, Yngwie J Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Carlos Santana, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Jewel, Christina Aguilera, Rhianna, Mary J Blige, Shakira, Justin Timberlake, as well as, quite possibly, Elvis, Karen Carpenter, Michael Jackson, the Beatles, and Jimi Hendrix. 1. Optimally, 3,000 pianists are endorsed by Steinway, each year. On tour, just 2 schools per week, in an auditorium concert and presentation, they could successfully garner participation in 30,000 schools, each semester. If the 30,000 high schools and colleges in the United States raise $100,000 per year, $3.Billion per year will be returned, each year - compared to 1,700 schools and $50.Million, every 15 years. 2. Lincoln Center could easily sell 200 Celebrity Edition $2,500 Tourneau in one month. If 2,000 professional orchestras in the United States sell 200 Signature $2,500 Tourneau per year, exactly $1.Billion, per year, would be returned. 3. If Borders Books and Music sell just two pair per day ( $250 Timex ) from each of their 500 stores, $15.Million per month will be returned. In Borders, alone, without any schools, orchestras, programs, venues, Target, Walmart, Disney, or the Muppets, VH1 Save the Music Foundation would raise 4 times more money, with my patented products, in one single year, than they have in the past 15 years. $200.Million, per year - compared, again, to $50.Million in 15 years. 4. My favorite revenue potential is within the digital membership removable media, i.e. screensavers, iphone app's, with reference material directly related to each institution. The Educational Department identifies 300 schools with over 10,000 students registered per semester ( click link http://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?s=all&p=50.0904+50.0901+50.0999+50.0903+50.0907+50.0911+50.0908+50.0906+50.0910+50.0902+50.0909+50.0912+50.0905&en=10000&of=2&od=0 -- 357 schools, 10,000 + undergraduate enrollment ). If each kid in these 300 schools download a $25 screensaver with school membership, a small lab expense, the revenue returned is $75.Million per year - again, compared to $50.Million in 15 years. Please, look at these figures closely. Calculate them, for yourself. An excel spreadsheet is attached, herein, for your convenience. My offer to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation stands, to award them ownership of 40% of my patents, simply, to allow me to work with them to develop my program, in their auspices. 40% of $3.Billion is more than $1.Billion. We could feasibly raise that amount, and more, every single year, in just 30,000 high schools and colleges, as described. The aggregate total of my proposed value to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, of the programs, as described, herein, in effect, a conservative implementation estimate, without any performance event management, without any other schools, without any international release, will return more than $ 4 . B i l l i o n , p e r , y e a r to the VH1 Save the Music Foundation - again, compared to $50.Million in 15 years. For further conceptual information, please, click the link ( http://www.fifthtime.com/01afmpresident.pdf ). Please, also, review my website, for additional business plan, power point presentation, video presentation, and Partners consideration. Please call Vic Davidson , to answer any questions you have, or to schedule a media demonstration. As you know, our educational system is in desperate need of resources. And neither Congress, nor contributions, will ever, be able to provide the amount needed, each year. Music programs, because of the sheer magnitude of their size, and the variable, overwhelming costs, simply, cannot be budgeted in municipal education. An auxiliary fund must exist, to fund music in education. To date, it does not. ================================================================= Note: To review this chart online, click link ( -- http://www.FifthTime.Com/TedNugent.pdf -- ) 1.
