I signed up as an inaugural member of their services. Entered my credit card info to be signed up for the automatic renewal program. After 1 year I noticed the renewal was about to expire and called in my credit card just to make sure. Spoke to customer service to continue the special lifetime pricing and was told that the "credit card specialist" would be in touch. After several attempts of trying to reach this person I misplaced the number. Have tried to make contact with them via email and phone but they would not budge and will not honor the inaugural price in the original agreement. I have tried to speak to the CEO Mr Gupta on several occasions and it his company's practice not to respond to any requests. My conversation with the VP of Sales/Service to reach out to him were not accomodating and simply arrogant to say the least. His response was "I was just in a meeting with him, I informed him of your situation and he agreed that per the terms and conditions were are in the right" Not once do they even care about their customers nor do anything to make it right.
