Yes the shop is clean and has been in business for 14 years or so as the owner will tell you several times. IT seems to be his answer for everything. Cleanliness isn't an excuse for being an arrogant SOB. I went in there to get a tattoo from scotty he drew something up and it didnt soot me. So I brought in a pic from the internet that I liked. I gave him the pic merely as an example of what I liked and never said he couldn't doctor it up to soot his artistic needs but instead he became unbelievable rude. Stating that I wasn't a tattoo artist, I was dictating my tattoo and i was trying to tell him how to do his job. I assumed the tattoo was going on my body and I was the one who should like it but clearly i was mistaking its not only his way but u aren't allow to ask questions with out him getting hostile and talking down to you. I am sooo glad I did not let him anywhere near me. At the end of the day if I pay $1000 for a tattoo and it is exactly what I wanted then
it's a great tattoo but if I spend $200 and it's what the owner wants but not my style then it sucks. I cannot believe how insulting rude Scotty is DO NOT GO TO SCOTTY.

i thought Scotty Hankins did a great job of taking my idea and transforming into a beautiful tattoo, if fact, he covered and restored an old tattoo as well in the same sitting! Thanks again for fixing my geisha's eyes!
Sometimes its just better to put your canvas in the hands of an artist. thats just my opinion.
Not trying to get in an the middle here but i am so glad i took his advice! Some of my tattoos ended up not being" all that" cause i limited the artist so much, and insisted that it be exactly what i wanted! (THEN)! So, with all that being said, i have been on both sides and have received much more ascetic tattoos when i have let them guide me.

I haven't been to Scotty but it's not ok to post this opinion on your experience on places about rip off reports and scams. It is your own experience and opinion and personal story and should be posted someplace like yelp or Google reviews. It is not a rip off or scam . This should be taken down
