inKline Global chsrged 3 times for one item, using debit card Singapore, Nationwide
10th of Mar, 2011 by User252257
I purchased software on line, the invoice told me that my Bank statement would show a debit of £16.95. I now have a bank statement showing 2 amounts of £16.95 and a further one of £26.90 I was told the download would be followed by a DVD in the mail: This has not been received.
Unfortunately after running the programme I had problems with my computer which may, or may not have been associated with running the prog. I was prepared to believe that this was a genuine mistake until I tried to contact them and ask them to amend it. Nowhere on their websites is there a telephone no. or address mmm ! Wonder why not ? Because my computer was down \i missed the fact that they had sent 3 individual emails confirming three orders. I want my money back ! I cant afford to lose £44. to online muggers.
