I order a Olympus TG810 from them for $215 and got an Olympus 8010 that ended up costing me $339.
They not only sent me a different camera but an employee at extention 263 call me and informed me that the camera did not come with a battery, charger, cables, etc. He sold me all of these items for another $105 . What I received was the factory items that came with the camera repackaged in generic packaging. I suppect this camera is probably a black market item. On top of all this I was charged $19.99 for shipping and handling which was supposed to be free. When I looked up the 8010 camera on their web site it says it comes with all the items I was charged extra for. When I called their customer service department I was transferred around until I got a recording device to leave a message. Still waiting for a call back.
