If you see an Integra Rep, Run! I was told that if I switched my business lines, my DSL would not be interrupted. I was also told that any termination fees would be waived if my business went under in this economy. Both were untrue. My DSL went down for two weeks and I was forced to get their DSL. My business shut down and I received a bill for over $2000. Take my advice and find another option for your telephone and internet needs.

As a member of the Washington Enterprise Sales Team, sat in on a meeting that included mixed company; a few females and mostly males. An unprofessional comment made by the Director of Sales was, "Rembmber, it is better to be an ass-kicker than an ass-licker". This is sexual discrimination at its finest...Agree...run fas and far away from this unethical bunch.

Boy are you so right! They held hostage my home line attached to my business line for over 3 weeks. Finally got if from Integra after they sent early termination fee of 10K. After fighting with them for months they admitted a mistake and then reduced the early termination to 7K...It's ok I've filed a complaint at the FCC and BBB and am waiting to hear from the FCC to try and get them to give them a penalty fine and I hope a big one! I also have a CBS reporter who is interested in doing a story on them but cannot get them to give me a person for the reporter to contact...
If you need to contact me I've filed a complaint with the BBB here in Denver and I give permission for you to contact me and we can tell the story together for the reporter and the FCC.
I'm so mad no negociation will work at this point!!
