So here's the real deal about this company. I worked here for roughly 6 months and know all that a loan specialist can know about the day to day operations. I do not know behind the scenes information. The address provided above is the correct one. That Roscoe Blvd address posted everywhere is a mailing address and is not their office location. They are on the 2nd floor of the building at that address. With that being said.... Integrated Debt Solutions can help you save your house. I have personally worked on successful cases and accomplished this many times. The problem is that the company works on a quantity NOT quality approach to accepting potential clients. Meaning that new clients that most certainly had little to no chance of getting a loan modification were accepted and their money taken. This leads to the owner, Patrick Oakes, GUARANTEEING that we can help them and prevent the banks from foreclosing/evicting them. So, as a person who calls the banks all day seeking status updates on loan modifications in progress, this puts me in a precarious position. I am fighting for these people not knowing that they are as good as dead in the banks eyes. There were several occasions where I would approach my manager and tell him that there was no way in hell we can modify this mortgage AKA hold up on our end of the deal. The common response was a shrug of the shoulders. As in "well, we need to keep getting money from people to keep the company running." The owner will go by the name Bill Gimble in order to avoid having his true name out there with clients that he has wronged. Often he would joke about "idiots" losing their houses and generally felt superior to the majority of the clients that called to rightfully complain that we were losing their houses for them. While that is not entirely true, as their houses were most likely going to be lost regardless of what we did, IDS did take their money promising to help them. So like I said before, this company has saved peoples houses from being foreclosed upon. The banks are truly the ones to blame for someone being wrongfully foreclosed upon. I fought several cases to the death because of bank errors. It is literally insane as to the amount of error and what would seem like downright fraud within the banking industry. And the majority of the people employed by banks are either completely inept or intentionally corrupt. The problem is that this company is like a vulture that preys upon the dumb and incompetent. They will tell you anything to get you to pay them to help with your loan modification. No matter if they can or can not help you. You can do most of this yourself if you have the time. The only setback is that doing what I had to do to correct bank errors takes a LONG time and many hours on the phone. You literally have to be able to be home all day and on the phone for hours on end. Something that a person trying to earn a living can not afford to do. In the end, if you are in a completely dire situation, truly owe a lot of money to the bank and have a bad track record in regards to payment and compliance with the bank DO NOT HIRE IDS. They will not be able to help you. If you are truly the victim of a banks many, many, many errors. have proof of said errors and do not have the time to fight the fight with them, then IDS can most likely help you.
