Intelius I did a people search and was charged for a report with the wrong information and I was charged for a membership I did not want. Internet

I did a search for a relative in Baltimore Maryland. The report was supposed to be for the same person in the same state. I received a report for a person with the same name in louisiana. I asked why and was told that they could not find anyone in Maryland, so they did a world wide search. I was told that this was a ligitimate search and I would not get a refund of 7.95. I found out that i have been charged 19.95 for a membership in a program, that I knew nothing about. I called to cancel and get a refund. I called to cancel, but was told I would not get a refund of 19.95 because 7 days has passed. This company is cheating and stealing from customers.
