What a Joke, RIGIDerm is! The person who posted the address for Ironwood Labs was correct but the correct number to call for your return is (203) 567-1209 . They will give you some letters that go infront and behind your original order number. Ask for a tracking number also when returning their product. They will also try to stiff you for the orginal shipping cost, so tell them they owe you for that too. Don't let them get away with any of your money. The only thing it's going to cost you in the end is your time invested and return postage, and oh ya the gas back and forth to the post office!
