ISMAmerica ISM, They take your money, promise you a FreedomFlex insurance policy, exclusive territory, SEC Stock deal, free marketing leads, commissio |

I and many others were promised in writing a Divisional Manager position to include anexclusive territory, our personal FreedomFlex Policy, personal business website, free marketing leads, a Stock Participation plan with SEC filings, recruiting commissionsand more. To date 3 months later I have received nothing for my $2760 investment. An agent has to pay $409 to sign on and is also promised their own FreedomFlex too but I have not been able to find anyone that has received any policy or commissions.
I find that ISMAmerica is not incorporated, not registered with the SEC, has not paid my commissions, and all run through a series of companies that cover for each other, Interstate Specialty Marketing (hence ISMAmerica). We were told thatthe American Association of Government and Private Employeesrequested them develop the FreedomFlex plan but they are all in the same office. Their sales con literature given us specifically says there are also in alliance with Fidelity
They have given me none of the above and refuse to pay me back my money nor will they answer my repeated request for a refund.

As another ISMAmerica former manager I must agree that I was also a victim of this scam. They have received $2750.00 in contracting fees from some managers and $5500.00 from other. They say that you MUST have a physical office and you get an exclusive territory and free leads. What happens is you find out that the president Michael Gerry makes deals on an individual basis and that half of the managers have not had to pay any feesand then you discover (after you've signed a 2 yr lease for your office) that a large number of managers have no office either. Then it gets worse when you find out that the free leads are all of your friends and family, and the only lead system they have is you going door to door.
Wait! It gets better.
Then the company wants you to sign up with some MLM perscription discount card company (you get bigger discounts by having a Walgreens or CVS discount card) that would take you 10 years to break even with.
The majority of clients who buy a freedomflex plan cancel almost immediatly and there are gaping holes in how the plan actualy works. A large portion of managers have even canceled their plans ( many never even purchased one).
The corporate office is Robert Dodson's house, and the office staff is his wife, and once they have your money they never return calls or emails again.
ISMAmerica is a dream destroyer! |
