This was my email to the company 2 days ago (10/05/11) I placed an order on Wednesday the 28th. I requested 2 day air. To my surprise no package showed up on the 30th. I called the evening of the 30th and spoke with a rep that apologized and said that they were in a moving process and that he would get it right out and not charge the 2 day shipping charge. I understood the situation and appreciated the comped shipping charge so i decided to keep my business with you.
It's now a 7 days later and there is still no package or correspondence. The package was a gift for my nephew and now I have no present for him.
You guys are extremely unprofessional and obviously have terrible customer service skills.
Cancel my order and refund my card immediately. This needs to be refunded and confirmed by no later than tomorrow to avoid any other action taken.
Regards, I never received a response so I called (also checked my bank account and they sure weren't shy to charge me). I was on hold forever and when I finally was connected with someone i had him look up my order and received another excuse (no apologies just excuses). I presented him the opportunity to make it right but he didn't care. He acted like it was funny (not so funny because now I'm sure if your company is truly legit they will take notice to this and the better business bureau complaint that i have created.) Seeing that my company is extremely involved in customer service and we know how to treat people i figured it might be helpful to others to know about this joke of a company and it's employees. Do not order anything from them they won't deliver it but I would give them a shout because it's quite comical to listen to the list of excuses they have
