SCAM AND RUINED MY COMPUTER

Oktober 2012 I had problems with Avast Anti Virus program that stopped working. I called a number and somehow ended up with Itechline.com. They found a lot of problems on my computer. They would solve everything for $ 199.
I was shocked and agreed to it. After 4 hours my computer was working but not my printer. Before I calle7 d them I did not have much issues with my windows 7 computer.
So called them back and they worked after 3 phone calls an other 3 hours on my printer drivers problem. They
got the printer working but the scanner did still not work.
Now today on Februari 23 2013 a unknown number calls me on my cell phone. It was a George from Itech Line he said. My computer was in problems and they had been scanning it since Oktober he told me. Stupid me I allowed him to Look at the problem and they ofcourse there were a lot of problems again and he could solve them for $ 199 again. He took my PC hostage by taking it over. You want my help or I hang up. After I told him he was too agressive he hang up and after that my PC started with a lot of problems. Looks like a virus took over the computer. Do not know what to do ? At least warn everybody for this big Scam company Itechline.com. They are the biggest scam and black mail you.
What can we do about this ?
