Itex corporation Refused to give me back my refund, Internet

I signed up with Itex Corporation because I was looking to barter my services for something else preferably a car. They told me that they do have cars that come up occasionally, I didn't have any money so I waited patiently for a couple of months.

Nothing happen but I did notice that $20 was being deducted from my bank account each month and twice in one month. I then called the company and told them I wanted my money back especially since I hadn't used the services but they sent me this email telling me I was negative and that I owed them -$30 when I spoke to the company and told them I wanted to cancel my services they said that they would cancel it but as far as a refund was concerned that I would have to talk to the regional manager and his name was Steve Nicholas.

I have left numerous messages for Mr. Nicholas but he has refused to return my calls which left me with no option but to place this company on the scam report.

I will also contact the consumer advocates and see what else can be done to this company.

I agree with the above. I am having the same problems with this company. I sent an email to cancel my account, and never got an email confirmation, so called after they billed me again, and then was told they wouldn't reverse the bill since I notified them of my cancellation, and I needed to contact my broker. Tried to call him, and no response, emailed him, and no response.

Run, do not walk, away from this scam.
