Hello Sir, I have been victim of H1B SCAM. Three companies ITPEOPLE INC ( USA) , SNSAMERICA and SLPLACEMENTS (India ) collectively showed me oppurtuinity of H1B. Initially I only new about SNSAMERICA and SLPLACEMENTS (India ), but gradually I received emails and phone calls from ITPEOPLE Inc as well. I have received email from SNSAMERICA that I have got selected in H1B visa lottery . WAC number : WAC0814852426 ( september 30,2008 ).
Status: Post decision activity. ( evog immigration website) It doesn't show my name and I think these people are doing this scam with others as well i.e telling them that their visa got selected giving them this same wac number. on my request a guy called Ravi from ITPEOPLE and assured me that due to recession there would be delay in visa processing so I have to wait. This wait is still continueing and now almost everybody stopped responding to me. Some how I got contact of Bob from ITPEOPLE INC but he also is not responding anymore. I have almost everybodies phone numbers (India and US). But unable to convince them to atleast refund my money incase they think that h1B visa processing is no longer possible. The most annoying thing is they are not responding anymore. In document my agreement is with SLPlacements , Hydrabad , India . But rest everything was handled by ITPEOPLE InC and SnSAmerica. I have emails from them informing me about my h1b selection and asking me documents etc. I have paid them 75K INR. 25K for visa processin and 50K refundable. Kindly help !! Contacts: Ravi

The guy who runs the company is satish ... his number is 602-692-3477
It was better that you did not work with them ... they try to place ..if they dont find a project they throw you out overnight ... like they did to couple of ppl in the US and now they are on their own.
raise a complaint with the DOL and blacklist them. |

| The owner is not satish. It is Surya Kalyan Nadanamuri. The guy Bob is not american, he is a desi fellow goes by the name Satish chilukuri working in phoenix. Simple google around and h1b stats revealed their info. |

| Bob is not an American as speakthetruth mentioned, he is Indian Satish Chilukuri. He is the main person for all this scam. He is the relative of the owner and involved with cheating people. Don't leave these guys. Report to DOL and USCIS. He was on h1 for this company and was doing recruiting for many years. now they all changed the number and not responding anyone. If anyone finds this guy Satish Chilukuri personal number or email I'd please post it. |

| Beware of this company. These guys have shut the company and started a different company and this guy bob Chilukuri works for that company and is still in Arizona. Google with his real name and you can get his information. According to the public records, this company sns america is registered on Satish Chilukuri. So he should be the owner or related for this scam. I am trying to get his full contact details and will post as soon as I get any information. I am also a victim of this company and would like to get more information. |
