19th of Nov, 2011 by User588630
In July someone used my credit card to order iTunes .When I called the number on my bank statement I was referred to a complaint site I explanined I had no computer at the time I had dial up and my modem died that's why I was calling. So I spent 800.00 to purchase a new computer only to find out without an account I still could'nt access the complaint portion. My bank did'nt care either they said I authorized it So I filed a police report against my bank Pepco Fed Credit Union Case #11-246-2266 Oficer B.Racadio he came to my house I showed him what I had it was so old it had a floppy .It appears iTunes can only be accessed on line.I don't own anything to support an Itune application and there IT couldn't me what it was. there is more please call I see you use iphone you should also have a better insite for resolution
