J.P Wilson is a developer in the Lake Arenal area of Costa Rica he has 6 projects in the Lake area Buena vista1,Buena Vista 2,Buena Vista 3, Buena Vista 4, Buena Vista 5, Buena Vista 6. In August 2006 I put a down payment on a property in Buena Vista 6 this was going to be my retirement home. J.P.Wilson signed a contract with me stating that he would have title to the land in 6 month and then start to build. J.P.Wilson told me in emails lie after lie that he had the title.I was to give him the rest of the money for the land. In July of 2007 came to Costa Rica 7 months past the contract date. J.P. Wilson still did not have title to property so I demanded my deposit back ($8200) he told me to sue him. I don't have the means to do that. He is a very hateful person. Please be aware of J.P.Wilson and any project he is involved with. To this date 8/15/2011 in BuenaVista 6 he still has not built a single home and this is a 225 acre project.
