Homeowners, Sub's, Employees Beware this guy's is truly the worst builder in Tampa Bay!! Rips everyone off!! Takes forever to finish a job!! Always try's to charge extra!! Never pays his subs or employees. Changes names faster than he can make a sandwich at his newest venture Jim's Famous Deli?? I couldn't believe it when I walked his deli and he was cooking, ha! If your looking for him or one of his companies his new business is located at 9220 Ulmerton Rd Largo, Fl 33771 727-518-6201 I worked for him for 3 months and saw his unbelievable terrible business ethics, really the guy is certifiable!! Be careful you cross him he will send his boys to beat you up! Truly! Everyone that has ever worked with him hates his guts!! Not to mention he owes them money. How in the world some like this stay's in business I'll never know. Do your research this guy fights with everyone.
