jeff wyler used cars - eastgate ripping off ( mentally disabled ) retarded people while holding hostage and badgering until they sign Internet

My mentally challenged (mentally retarded) daughter and her husband, whom is the same, was looking for a used car. They went to Jeff Wyler's used car lot in Batavia. They were promised at the first visit that they would be able to get into a 2010 at $250.00 or less a month, while also paying their old car off, if... they could provide $2,000 down.


While I was at work ( they were told to have a representative with them at all times with big purchases), my daughter and son-in-law called them up to let them know they could not come because they did not have a ride. They offered them a ride with the offer of towing their car in. He came to pick them up and when he was asked about the car being taken in, he responded with, " They will pick it up later."


When they arrived, they were treated very rudely and bad. They were told no one would ever give them a car or loan and that they were their only hope. They were also told they would not take their car or pay off their loan and they would not put them into a newer car. They degraded them, hastled them and put them in fear.


My son-in -law was afraid he would not get a ride home and knew I was at work and would not be able to get into my house. He finally wanted to go no matter what and told my daughter. They had my daughter so scared, she thought they wolud be sued if they left, so would not leave.


They DID NOT let them look at any cars. The Jeff Wyler so-called Salesman evidentally chose the junkard for them. It was a 2003 Impala with 83,000 miles v.s. KIA Reo 2010 with 11,000 miles.


After being there over 4 hours, with no other way home and already scared, tired, and worn down by their badgering, as well as, feeling that they were being kept hostage, my mentally handicapped daughter and son-in-law signed, indirectly being forced to do so.


I was told that night when I got home from work (1:30 a.m.). I told them to stop payment on their credit card. They did that right then thru the computer and was charged $24. The next morning Jeff Wyler put it thru again ( this time manually) and got the money, in which cannot be reverse ( unless Jeff Wyler does it ).


I was told about it when I called them. My daughter was crying in the background and my son-in law was upset, mad, and scared. I then called Jeff Wyler used car lot and asked for the manager. The man answered and said he was the manager and he would look into it and give me a call back. I waited and called him back, but not asking for him personally, but asked for the manager again. I got another male which said he was the manager (don't they have any female salespersons working there!?, This might of been resovled already !!). I told him the situation. I told him they were bringing the car back and the $2,000 would be put back into their educational fund. ( my daughter get special education for college).


He told me there is no refunds no matter what happened and lies, lies, lies !!!


I personally have been in commision sales for years in my early years, never once did I lie to a customer, kept them hostage, degrade them, or tell them what they were going to buy. I always was top salesperson in the region, at least.


This is a warning to all handicapped people, mentally or physically, or elderly. DO NOT go or buy at any Jeff Wylers car lots!!!!!!


Do not worry, MRDD has their own attorneys for taking advantage of these people in need. And if all else fails, take the car, do not pay for it, file and claim it in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and only have to pay 1% for the car for 5 years. At the end it will cost $1,000, what it is worth and still keep the car.


I personally do NOT believe in this route, but we were willing to take the car back with only 13 extra miles and a full tank of gas ( the gas was on empty when they got it ) and of course their $2,000 reinburst into their account. But, play that way with handicapped people, there is more than one way to skin a cat! Their lost, our gain
