Jeffery Manders of Winder GA. is a Liar Thief Cheat and Fraud. He sold me a lemon after he insisted it was a good running truck. This truck had major issues he never disclosed and unfortunately I did not have a mechanic with me to help assist me with the inspection or purchase of this vehicle.

My ex boyfriend is in prison. Somehow word got around the prison that Jeffrey Manders was an attorney out of Ga who helped inmates release early and go to a halfway house through a program called " the second chance act". There was a brochure with his name on it and everything. The act is real ...he was not. I called him and emailed him and he reviewed my ex's case and said he qualified but had to have 300.00 to file the court docs. I sent him a cashiers check and of course never heard from him again.
