|I hope that this review isn't too scathing. I'm not here to hurt anyone indefinitely; jjgames.com isn't a bad store. And I'm not entirely sure what the definition of scam is, but for me it means being promised something, and then not having it delivered. I'll keep it short and sweet. Here is my complaint: I received defective products, video games, and then upon complaint, I found out that I have to be subject to their unusual return policies which includes a 15% restocking fee. Plus there is no reimbursement for shipping. That isn't very good, since shipping Canada to the USA is much, much more expensive than the reverse. With that I could expect to get back 40% of the money I'd given them.|

I'm sorry you have received defective games, we thoroughly test every product we sell before it is shipped. However that does not prevent against improper handling by the Post Office (which more than often is the cause of the problem) so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all items we sell. The 15% restocking fee is for returns that are not our fault (ie customer didn't want the products, buyer's remorse, customer changed their mind). In those instances we will charge the restocking fee. However for defective items we offer a full refund.
For return shipping we can also reimburse you for that as well if you notate that in your return paperwork, usually a simple "I paid for shipping and would like to be reimbursed" would be enough for the return department to properly refund you not only the cost of your order but also the shipping reimbursement. For United States customers we offer a free return shipping label electronically through the USPS but unfortunately we are unable to provide the same service for our international customers so we offer a shipping reimbursement upon request. If you wish to have this transaction refunded fully (plus reimbursement for return shipping) please follow the instructions I provided above and we'll be happy to take care of it for you.
|I HAVE NOT ONCE IN THE 30 OR SO TIMES ORDERING FROM THEM DID I EVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM!!! I ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A GAME, , , , , , CALLED THEM AND SOLVED THE ISSUE OVER THE PHONE!! THEY EVEN WENT AND OVER NIGHTED IT FOR ME CAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE!!! SO I AM NOT SURE WHY SOOOO MANY PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS COMPANY, , , , , AND NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM...I LIVE IN MASSACHUSETTS!! :)|
