Ordered 2 pair of shoes in January. I know it's not a lot of money, but I don't beleive that they should get away from stealing peoples money. I paid for the shoes. Have inquired many times as to the status, but have not gotten a response since teh one below telling my shoes had shipped. However, NO tracking number was given and the shoes have never arrived!! order you recently placed on our website has had its status

We maintain rigid inspection standards, but occasionally an imperfection does slip by, as it unfortunately did in the case of your order. We deal with a lot of customers and ship a lot of footwear, and being a new small business, we do experience issues with logistics, communication and finance from time to time. This being said we are nonetheless determined to maintain a standard of satisfactory service.
If you have not received your item or a refund, your item or a replacement item can be shipped to you at once. You can also receive store credit. One way or another, we'll ensure you are satisfied. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we apologize for the inconvenience you have been caused.
