Met the CEO of Blue Financial Inc., Jon Anthony Parks, at an entrepreneur seminar and expressed interest in his companyâ€™s services over 2 years ago in late May of 2008. His company is based in St. Petersburg, FL, but he claimed to have a
branch located in downtown Manhattan. He claimed that his company was a venture capitalist firm that sourced business loans for his clients and additionally established business credit and corporations. He had many flunkies, such as Fred Longstreet and Albritton Emanuel, that also gave false credibility to the validity of his company. Although I conducted my due diligence on this character and his business, the information discovered was all fabricated and false. He even went as far as to have people personally validate having good experiences with the company. However, it seemed to check out at the time, and with this along with the promise of no upfront fees until results were delivered, we moved forward and established a contract. Jon then managed to get me a non-secured personal loan, assuring me that this was tier 1 financing that would be quickly paid off with the business loan round. However, to advance to the next step, he would need $11,000 to prepare these services. I refused to advance any money until I got everything in writing on a contract with his signature. After the money was wired to his account, Jon all but vanished. He was no longer reachable by his personal or business contacts. His website went down, and suddenly other victims came out of the woodwork. Turns out that I am one of many victims, and his level of monetary schemes have ranged from a few thousand to a million from clients. He's schemed people to put up their mortgages. He's ruined people's credit scores. One of his victims even planned on committing suicide as a result of being financially ruined. As a result, I won't rest until this man is held accountable. His name, along with his flunkies that facilitated these schemes, should be completely ruined. I hope others report their experiences with Jon Parks on this site. So as to be very clear on Jon's personal appearance- he's about 6 feet tall, African American, and a super slick talker. His personal credit, along with his flunkies, are all ruined. Beware!
