Jonathan Avneri with Magic One Construction contracted with our company to install retractable screens for their customer Roy King on June 7, 2010. Our agreement was to install two double door retractable screens for Jonathan at his clients home which was completed and acknowledged as completed by his client Roy King 100% on June 26, 2010. Roy King has confirmed and we have in writing that he is 100% happy with our product and service. The contracted amount was $1258.50. The deposit paid to us was $688.82. The invoice for the balance due is still $569.68 + interest.. Mr. Avneri owes us for our service. I notice that he has an A+ rating on the BBB which is hard to believe if this is the type of service he runs by treating a vendor this way. Please pay people/vendors for product that you purchase. Vendors beware of My Magic Window or Magic One Construction. This company has two names Jonathan uses. Unfortunately its companies like Jonathan that ruin it for other honest businesses out there that say they will pay their bills. Jonathan is the reason COD terms are created.
